[Rick Kravitz is a passionate observer of global corporate behavior. Through his visits with C-Suite Executives and board members around the world, as global publisher, Kravitz holds unique insight into the behavior and motivation of Directors and Board members of multinational corporations.]

Rick Kravitz is former President and Group Publisher of Panel Publishers/Wolters Kluwer, Executive Vice president, Group Publisher at Aspen/Kluwer Law International [The Hague]. Early in his career, Kravitz held audit positions at CBS, Inc., Deloitte and CBS, Inc.

[Kravitz is winner of the Max Block Award for excellence in Journalism, the 7th Annual Literary Marketplace Award [LMPY] for the best professional reference service, winner and four time award finalist in FOLIO Magazine’s EDDY and OZZIE magazine competition.
He is former editorial advisory board member and contributor to the Financial Fraud Law Report. He has written over 30 articles on ethics and corporate morality, financial fraud, social responsibility and others. He is Founding Director of the Center for Socially Responsible Accounting: Protecting the Public Interest.]

Kravitz is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the AICPA and NY State Society of CPAs, a member of the American Bar Association, has an MBA with honors from NYU Stern. He is a former member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Accounting. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) of the AICPA.

He recently left as Editor in Chief of the CPA Journal, The Voice of the Profession and Managing Director of Content and Publishing at the NY State Society of CPAs. Kravitz is currently an adjunct Professor of Law at Texas A&M Law School in their graduate LLM/M. Jur programs and has authored two ABA accredited courses in Risk and Wealth Management.
